Delivery

Shipping and Handling:

All our tables will be delivered to your door using a specialist delivery service. The driver will not install your table and it is recommended that you have sufficient help on hand when your table arrives.

Most of the tables can be easily installed. The dimensions and weights are listed on the description of each individual table.

Access

Our delivery is based on ground floor access and adequate parking facilities for the delivery vehicle. It is essential that you inform us of any potential delivery problems such as non-ground floor access, poor parking etc as this may incur an extra charge. Failure to deliver due to lack of access not notified will be charged at normal delivery rates.

Table Delivery costs

Our free delivery costs are to UK mainland addresses only. We do not charge delivery to UK mainland addresses on any goods from the Foosball Store. Delivery to areas outside of the UK mainland including the Isle of Man, Scottish highlands, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland would be subject to extra delivery charges. Please contact us for further details.

Spares and Accessories

We normally ship all Spares and accessories the following day after full payment. The spares will either be sent by first class post or by courier depending on the size and weight of the product. For the larger spares and accessories it is important that somebody is present at the address or a drop-off point with somebody in attendance.

Delivery Time

Our delivery times on tables are usually between 7-10 working days subject to availability. Spares and accessories will be delivered as above. (see spare & accessories)

We will always try and delivery your goods between our times scales. However this may not always be possible and can sometimes result in late deliveries. We are not liable for any deliveries that are late and cannot offer any compensation for any lost working time.

Please make sure that an adult is available to sign for the delivery and please try and check the goods before signing for them when possible.
